3 Quick & Easy Ingredients For Whiter Skin

3 Quick & Easy Ingredients For Whiter Skin

It seems like "fast" never quite rates "fast enough!" And when it comes to whiter skin, any woman will tell you that nothing ever seems to go as quickly as we want or expect. Well, let me do my part to help speed things up for you by giving you 3 specific Skin Whitening ingredients to help you get whiter skin as fast as possible (especially if you're strapped for time).

But first, let me tell you about 1 ingredient that should NOT be in your skin...

Hydroquinone

Hydroquinone used to be a common ingredient in many skin whitening creams and masks and was even approved by the FDA. However, in 2006, that approval was revoked by the FDA and can no longer be put into any products without a prescription.

Why would they revoke their own approval?

Well, first, the FDA does that quite a bit and...

Second, it seems that hydroquinone increases the risk of skin cancer. So, not a good product to use if you want healthy skin.

Okay, on to the ingredients that should be in your skin whitening products:

Arbutin

An excellent choice for naturally whiter skin, Arbutin come from the bearberry bush and functions by reducing the production of melanin in your skin. This means your skin produces less melanin and then becomes whiter.

There are actually three forms of arbutin, but the short answer is that you should only use skin whitening products that have Alpha-arbutin because it's the most effective.

Kojic Acid

Also functioning by inhibiting melanin production, kojic acid can lighten skin naturally and effectively without the health risks of hydroquinone. Kojic acid occurs naturally during the fermentation process of sake, a Japanese rice wine but can also be produced by some kinds of fungi.

Vitamin C

Probably the most common ingredient in skin whitening products is Vitamin C, and for good reason. Vitamin C reduces the melanin in your skin, which makes it appear lighter but is also stimulates the production of collagen, which makes your skin more elastic. It can even reduce the appearance of blemishes, scars, and stretch marks. Beyond that, Vitamin C is an antioxidant which is kind of like a fire extinguisher against skin-damaging chemicals.

This represents just a summary of the ingredients women need when it comes to Skin Whitening. With the consequences of ignoring this advice ranging from weeks of wasted effort to throwing tons of money out the window, take the time to educate yourself on the proper methods to get whiter skin.

By the way, if you're a woman and you're serious about Skin Whitening success, and you really want whiter skin...
