Coffee and Tea In Skin Care

One of the newest trends in skin care today is adding caffeine to them. If you love coffee and tea, this is probably the best news you've heard in a long time! By adding coffee or tea into skin care products, the world has seen some great changes in our skin. Here are some great benefits of coffee and tea in skin care.

 Coffee in Skin Care

What can coffee do for your skin? Coffee is known for waking us up in the morning, but when it is applied to your skin, it can help wake it up too! Coffee has the ability to help reduce cellulite on your skin. This can be useful for finding some relief from unwanted cellulite on your body. Many people will make a coffee scrub for the shower and applied it to their thighs and stomach to help wake up the skin cells. This can help to reduce signs of cellulite, along with good diet and exercise.

Coffee also has anti-aging benefits as well. You can actually apply it directly to your skin with no worries about irritation, unless you're allergic to coffee.(That would be extremely sad.) Applying it to your skin will help to find relief from sun spots, fine lines, and wrinkles. When applied to the skin, it can also help to get rid of acne and keep your break outs from happening as often.

Tea for Your Skin

Teas that contain caffeine are also great for your skin. Tea is very rich in antioxidants and can give your skin a big boost! You can use tea as an anti-aging agent, much like coffee. Antioxidants help to reduce free radicals that attack your skin and cause fine lines and wrinkles. You can apply tea bags directly to your skin too. Make sure that after you have brewed the tea, you place the bags in the refrigerator to chill them. Place them on your face for about ten to twenty minutes for maximum benefits.

Coffee and tea can do wonders for your skin. Don't worry about breaking your caffeine habit when you know they both have amazing benefits!
