The Key to a Natural Breast Lift
It's amazing what a few exercises can achieve for breast firmness and health. Here's our list of what you can try at home - no surgery required.
We live in an age where our connectedness - through many channels, like social media and the Internet - has us recognizing and celebrating ourselves and our bodies like never before. Even models are sharing the changes that their bodies go through.
It's an amazing time of acceptance. It's also a time where we can acknowledge that we want to change something about ourselves.
Many women would love to enhance the look of their breasts. Especially as we get older they change, sag, and don't look as full and perky as they once did.
Surgery may be a step further than you're willing to go. But that doesn't mean that you can't enhance and lift your breasts to give them a boost and make them look more defined and full.
From just a few exercises to natural creams, you can experience natural breast enhancement, all without the expense and risk associated with surgery.
Exercises to Boost Your Bust
Your breast tissue is largely made up of fat. Which explains why, when you lose weight, your chest seems to be the first place it comes off. But underlying that tissue is muscle, and building up the right muscles will help define and lift.
The muscles you'll want to concentrate on are your pectoral muscles, as well as those in your shoulders and back. With only 10 minutes of exercises a few times a week, you'll see a difference.
It may seem like some of these exercises are working the same muscles, over and over. But by working those muscles from different angles you're creating a smoother, more even, effect.
Pushups: Pushups are, all around, one of the best exercises you can do, and not just for breast enhancement. They work the pectoral muscles as well as the back, arms, abs and glutes.
- Get into the plank position with your hands placed slightly wider than your shoulders
- Lower your body until your chest almost touches the floor, maintaining a straight, plank-like posture
- Push up, returning to your original position
Do 10-12 of these as part of your routine. If you are having trouble doing a pushup from the full plank position, try using your knees instead of your feet for a modified pushup.
Floor Chest Press: The chest press works the muscles directly behind the breasts. While not actually making them larger, developing these muscles will make them appear as if they are
- Lie on your back on a mat, knees bent, feet flat on the floor and weights in each hand. Your elbows should be bent, and your upper arms should be resting on the floor
- Tighten your abs and press the weights upward, toward the ceiling, directly above your shoulders
- Return your hands to the starting position
Start with a weight that your can control, but is challenging. Do 10-12 reps.
Chest Fly: While this looks like the Floor Chest Press, the Chest Fly will work the sides and top of the chest muscles, lifting the breasts to give them height and a more youthful appearance.
- Like with the chest press, lie on your back on a mat with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor, weights in each hand
- Your arms should be extended out to your sides so that your arm and body form a 90-degree angle
- Tighten your abs and raise the weights up toward the ceiling in an arcing motion, so that your hands meet directly above your chest
- Return the weights to the starting position
As with the other exercises, start with a weight that is challenging, but not so heavy you might drop it. Do 10-12 reps of this exercise.
Remember that the key to naturally lifting your breasts with exercise is to be consistent in your work outs. Do this and you're sure to see results in no time.
Some women worry that lifting weights will cause them to bulk up and become overly muscular. But this is unlikely. Bulking up requires higher levels of testosterone than most women have. So don't worry that your 10-minute natural lift workout will have you looking like Chris Hemsworth. Instead, it will simply give you the lift and definition you're looking for in your bust line.
One more thing you can do for an almost instantaneous lift? Sit up straight! Good posture will naturally lift your breasts and push them forward, making them appear larger than they do when you slouch.
Natural Treatments and Nutrition
To help give your exercise routine a boost in giving you one, there are foods and other natural treatments that may help enhance your breasts.
There are a number of foods that contain estrogen, the hormone that allows you to develop hips and breasts as you move through puberty. Foods rich in estrogen include:
- Flax, Sunflower and Fennel Seeds
There are a number of natural remedies and treatments available today that claim to enlarge your breasts. As with many such treatments, the effectiveness varies.
And natural breast enhancement is only one of the benefits reported in using a treatment like a Pueraria Mirifica serum. In addition, women have reported healthier looking hair, stronger nails, and clearer skin.
The female body is a vessel capable of amazing feats, from running marathons to giving birth. But that doesn't mean that we don't want to make little changes that have us feeling more confident and comfortable in our own skin.
Enhancing or lifting our breasts may be one of those changes you're looking to make. But that doesn't mean you need to take the drastic step of implants. There are many alternatives to the risk, pain and recovery time associated with breast augmentation surgery.
Begin by following a regular exercise plan tuned to build and strength the muscles that support your bust. Add in good nutrition and the right natural treatment and you'll get a natural lift that will make you feel great.
