Eating For The Boobs

Eating For The Boobs

Bigger and fuller breasts can be yours without surgeries or expensive drugs. One of the best ways to boost your bust size is by changing what you eat. There are plenty of foods that contain hormones, calcium, and different minerals that you can make when you start eating for the boobs!

Fats and Hormones

Healthy fats are one of the best things for enhancing your breast size. Our healthy fat levels should be around 10 to 13%. If that level gets too low, your breasts will start to lose tissue that causes them to grow larger. This loss of tissue in the breasts can cause them to get smaller and lose their shape. This is why it is very important to eat these fatty foods. Monounsaturated fats are in foods such as olive oil, avocados, avocado oil, nuts, sesame oil, and herring.

If your hormones are unbalanced, chances are your breast size may be changing. You can start to balance your hormones out by avoiding foods that are high in carbs. You need to find foods that are much higher in oestrogen to build your breast size. Foods like chicken broth, fenugreek, and saw palmetto all contain large amounts of oestrogen.

Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are great for your diet all together. They have vitamins and minerals that your body needs. There are even some that can help your breasts grow. Many fruits and vegetables help you to regulate the estrogen and testosterone levels in your body. If you want to boost those boobies, foods like blueberries, strawberries, and cabbage contain higher amounts of anthocyanin, which helps to balance out the hormones in your body and to get your estrogen levels exactly where they need to be for optimal breast growth.
