Additional thoughts: This breakfast idea was delicious. As I was making it, my mouth was watering. 

The smell of the Italian herbs made me so hungry!

When it was ready to eat, it looked amazing!

I knew that it would be a healthy choice for breakfast and I also knew that it would help me to get some of the estrogen-stimulated in my body. 

 As far as the taste, I did not add as much salt and pepper at first. The egg whites are new to me so I had to add a lot more salt. 

 I think that I can substitute garlic or onion salt as to not get too much kosher salt into my diet. (I’ve never been a salt fan.)
